Spice Admiral stocks more than 400 items in whole, cracked, ground, cut and blended forms. Everything we sell is imported directly from origin or purchased from approved domestic growers, then cleaned, tested and packed in our own SQF certified facilities.

Forms and Grinds
Most items are available whole, cracked, coarse, regular (table) grind and fine grind. We mill to a customer's particle size specification and verify it by sieve analysis on every production lot. Cut and sifted, rubbed, flaked and tea-bag cut forms are available for leaf herbs.
Treatments
Steam sterilization is performed in-house at Newark with a validated process that delivers a minimum five-log reduction of target organisms while protecting color and volatile oil. Other validated treatment methods can be arranged to meet a customer's specification. Untreated product is available for customers who treat in their own process. See Microbial Reduction.
Packaging
Every item can be packed in the format that fits your operation, from a bulk tote for a seasoning plant to a one-ounce retail jar. All packaging is food grade and lot coded.

Organic, Kosher and Other Programs
We are a certified organic handler and carry certified organic versions of most high-volume spices, herbs and seeds. The majority of our items are Kosher certified. Non-GMO Project verification and Halal certification are available on selected items. Program status for each item appears on its specification sheet.
Specifications and Samples
Specification sheets, current certificates of analysis, safety data sheets and allergen statements are available for every stocked item. Samples are provided at no charge to qualified commercial buyers. Email inquiries@spiceadmiral.com with the item, form and your application.
