Seasonings and Blends
We blend in our own facilities from spices we imported and tested ourselves. That means we know what is in every blend down to the lot, and so can you. Stock blends are available from inventory; custom blends are formulated to your target or matched to an existing product.

Custom Blends
Most of the blends we produce never appear on this page because they belong to our customers. Our research and development group formulates to a flavor brief, matches an existing product, reformulates for clean label or sodium reduction, and scales to production. Blend runs start at 500 lb. Every formulation is held in confidence and covered by a non-disclosure agreement at your request. See Custom Blending.
What Goes Into a Blend
Besides spices and herbs, our blending plant stocks salt in several grain sizes, sugars, dextrose, maltodextrin, yeast extracts, dehydrated vegetables, citric acid, natural flavors and anti-caking agents. We do not use artificial colors. Allergen-containing ingredients such as sesame, mustard, dairy and soy are segregated and scheduled with validated cleaning between runs.
