Importing is where we started, but most of our customers rely on us for more than a container of pepper. These are the services we provide, all of them from our own facilities and all of them tracked in HELM from the first conversation to the last pallet.

How an Engagement Begins
- You email inquiries@spiceadmiral.com with what you need. A sentence is enough to start.
- A customer service representative replies within one business day, usually with questions and a request for any specification you already have.
- We quote, send samples where useful, and agree on a specification.
- HELM opens the program: items, specifications, documents, packaging and shipping instructions in one record that everyone who touches your account can see.
- We ship. You receive the product, the certificate of analysis and access to Quarterdeck.
Terms
Stocked items are sold from one case upward. Blend runs begin at 500 lb. Direct container programs are quoted per shipment. Credit terms are available to qualified commercial accounts after a short application. We sell to commercial customers only.
